Disclaimer

1. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful information on FindCheapFlight. However, information may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate due to changes made by airlines, travel suppliers, booking platforms, or other external sources.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of all information published on this website. Visitors should verify important information with the relevant service provider before relying on it.

2. Flight Prices and Availability

Flight prices, taxes, fees, baggage allowances, seat availability, routes, and schedules may change at any time. Prices shown during a search may differ from the final price displayed by an airline or booking provider.

The final price and booking conditions are determined by the provider at the time the reservation is completed. FindCheapFlight does not guarantee that a particular fare or flight will remain available.

3. No Guarantee of Booking

Searching for or viewing a flight on FindCheapFlight does not itself confirm a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when the responsible airline or booking provider completes the transaction and issues the applicable confirmation or ticket.

Check your booking confirmation and ticket details carefully. If you have questions about payment, ticket issuance, or a reservation, contact the provider responsible for the booking.

4. Third-Party Websites and Services

This website may link to or direct visitors to third-party websites, airlines, travel agencies, booking platforms, or other services. These external services are operated independently and may have their own policies, terms, and privacy practices.

FindCheapFlight does not control or guarantee the content, availability, security, services, or practices of external websites. Accessing a third-party website is at your own discretion and subject to that provider's terms.

A link to an external website does not necessarily imply endorsement, partnership, or approval by FindCheapFlight.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation, rebooking, refund, and ticket-change conditions are generally determined by the airline or booking provider responsible for your reservation.

FindCheapFlight does not guarantee that a ticket can be cancelled, changed, or refunded. Review the applicable fare rules and contact the provider that issued your ticket for assistance.

For general information, please visit our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy pages.

6. Travel Requirements and Passenger Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for checking the entry, transit, visa, passport, health, baggage, and other travel requirements applicable to their journey.

Requirements may vary by nationality, destination, transit location, airline, and travel date. Verify current requirements with the relevant government authorities, embassy, airline, or other official source before departure.

FindCheapFlight does not provide a guarantee that a traveler will meet entry requirements or be permitted to board a flight or enter a destination.

7. No Professional Advice

For advice specific to your circumstances, consult the relevant qualified professional or official authority.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FindCheapFlight disclaims liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on website information, changes to fares or schedules, interrupted access, third-party services, or booking issues handled by independent providers.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
